The boys love Mr Rogers so it seemed fitting to be Mr Rogers for Halloween. Just $3 spent at goodwill for shoes and sweaters and a dollar for hair spray made the idea fit the budget.
The boys had 2 opportunities to be Mr Rogers. Once during Trunk or Treat at church (about 30 cars park at the church and the kids go from car to car to collect candy)...
The other night we went around the neighborhood.
