Stephen and I had our first date night away from the boys, well ever if you don't count the times i was in the hospital having a baby:) Julia let us stay in her wonderful condo in Burlington and we had about 24 hours to do whatever!
These are a little out of order but this was breakfast at Sneakers. A local hot spot that we always drove by every Sunday on the way to church but never ate at. We were not disappointed!
During the afternoon we went to the waterfront and sat on one of the swings eating clam chowder. It was fun to have an only child on our outings too:)
We drove around Charlotte Vermont which is one of the prettiest places and saw beautiful colors. We watched the sunset over the distant Adirondack Mountains, then headed into town to have supper at another local hot spot. I didn't get a picture there but it was a all locally grown sort of place that served flat bread pizza, cooked right in front of you. Delicious!!!
