One holiday outing we did was to a local farm that puts up thousands of lights. The lighted walk is about the story of the Bible, and members from their church give out free hot cocoa and cookies to all who come. And there are some live animals to see as well. So sweet and the best part is it is FREE!!
Here is the wooden toy train that the kids can play in. Andrew was so funny. He really wanted to be in the engine but another girl was playing in it. There was room for him in it too so i asked him if he wanted to go in with her. He said "no" and "i'll wait for that one to leave". He stood there for about 7-8 minutes just waiting for the girl to finish. When she climbed out he promptly climbed in and took his turn. He definitely knows what he wants in life:)
The pictures don't quite do it justice - it is a beautiful display.
There was a large barn that they served the drinks in. Andrew was more inthralled with fixing the "broken" fence then looking at the decorations.
