I have heard of some babies who go right from crawling to running - and i finally experienced that with Elsie! On her first birthday she made a few independent steps on her own. And within that week she was running all over the house!
She is so excited to be able to keep up with her brothers more! And mommy is so excited that she is not crawling anymore! (i'm not a big fan of the crawling stage!)
Eating a pear. Sometimes she will eat certain fruits like pear and applesauce. One thing i find that she loves is humus! I make lots of homemade humus and she will eat that plain.
Still loves her pacifier. I find nursing and the pacifier are great comfort measures with teething. Elsie has been having teeth break through non-stop since about 10 months. She is already working on her molars... she got those before a lot of her other teeth.
One thing people always comment on Elsie is her cute chubby cheeks! I hope she keeps them as she moves into toddler hood!

Love the cheeks! Ella's are getting smaller, but I, too, hope they stay :)
