Most parts of February and March i would like to forget! About a week into February i threw my back out in a way i never had before! For one week ladies from church helped, the next week my sisters were in town and they helped, and the third week i just did lots of videos and Stephen came home early! After physical therapy and lots of rest i am thankful i recovered after about 4 weeks. Then on top of that we all got sick at least 2 times and Andrew had 1 batch of ear infections, Jack had 2 and Elsie had 3!! So much for our healthy winter. Come quickly spring!!! The time with my sisters/cousins was a blast though.

Balloon games! One of our many indoor activities!

Our new gates! i suppose after 3 kids it would be good to finally get some gates! We put them high enough for the older kids to go under but low enough to keep Elsie from going under! They were a life saver during my back injury!

Kids in PJ's watching some Miss Pattycake!

Everyone but Elsie trying to suck thumbs (only Andrew actually does)

Our one outing! I was pretty impressed that we only went out once and were able to stay home all week - the kids did great playing indoors together and didn't seem too couped up! This is a open playtime at a local Rec. center. Great idea and we met up with some of Geneva's friends here.

Not sure what Julia is telling me here!

I love this! Elsie knew there was a baby in Geneva's tummy and kept putting her head down to "snuggle" - amazing the sense that babies have (or maybe her tummy was a comfy cushion:))

Aunt Julia taking a nap with Andrew! Nap time space was a bit limited but we all seemed to find a spot to lay down! Andrew often only sleeps if someone sleeps with him! Otherwise he loves to play during his nap time.

The kids have "church" with their Bibles while waiting for daddy/uncle Stephen to come home!

Carter and Lauren introduced us to these amazing race tracks! We used some Christmas money from Nonna to buy a whole bunch and we had match box cars going all over the place on these!

Lauren went to Cubbies with Andrew on "bring your stuffed animal" night. She seemed to love it too.

Lauren brought her baby dolls so sometimes we would have baby doll time - the kids would find clothes in my kitchen and wrap the babies in different ways. funny to watch the boys do this since they don't have baby dolls to play with normally.

Aunt Julia and Elsie.

The kids know that whenever Aunt Julia is around we have smoothies! She makes great smoothies. Here's Carter's smoothie face!

Pals.

Jack and Lauren really get into the baby doll wrapping!
