June Happenings

In the beginning of June we were blessed to have a quick visit from Nonna and Pawpaw on their way to Montana. They had us over to the trailer for a delicious meal. The boys talked about "Pawpaw's truck and trailer" for several weeks after!

Water Fun!

It was pretty exciting pulling out the sprinkler for the first time. Jack calls it being "dirty" when he gets wet and runs around yelling "dirty, dirty!!".

The Buzz...

After a few weeks of summertime bugs and dirt getting in the boys hair we decided it might be best to give it a shave for the summer. It was a bitter/sweet time! They look so grown up now! We plan to grow out their hair again in the fall but for now it is a good relief for them during this hot summer!

Jack has the same exact cowlick as Stephen in the front, plus a double cowlick in the middle and a cowlick on his neck! He will have quite the complicated hair in years to come i am sure with all those to contend with!

Father's Day

The boys worked on a few crafts for father's day. We emptied these potato chip containers, painted them and filled them with Stephen's favorite cookies. I love how focused Jack is in these pictures. When he puts his mind to something he is very focused and completes tasks quickly and well!

The Girls

Bows and pink are still so much fun! Elsie is such a sweet little girl. She is happy to do whatever and i hold her/carry her all day long.

A Bath

We decided 5 months old was probably a good time for baby's first bath. Ok, so she did get a bath right after birth and occasional wipe downs with wash clothes, but this was her first at home submersion with soap:)
The boys love to help with any "Elsie" project. They get so excited and fight over who gets to help her.

I think a babies personality comes through at bath time:) Elsie was pretty chill about the whole ordeal just like she always is!

Haha!! I was telling someone the other day about how Andrew's hair changed different shades after you finally gave him a bath that one summer :) Ella HAS to have baths, otherwise her many folds start to smell bad, haha!

I think Elsie is looking a little more like Jack these days!
