Today is our official due date!! Still no Jack... thought we would give you all an update. Thanks for all the calls and e-mails! The past few weeks have been nice overall. I have been hanging out at about 4cm, 0 station and 100% effaced now for over 2 weeks (for my mommy and nurse friends:). But, besides the discomfort we have felt pretty patient and are enjoying the time together. Last week a huge wave of exhaustion hit me with lots of hunger - i think Jack was going through a last minute growth spurt! Stephen took Friday off from work to help me and i finally got my energy and normal appetite back by the end of the weekend. I don't really feel like this baby is coming any time soon but everyone always says that you can't stay pregnant forever and the baby will come!! So i just hope the baby comes before he hits say 10lbs:)) Andrew has been so wonderful - he has been sleeping 13 hours at night and taking 3 hour naps during the day. He also just wants to cuddle and sit with me all through the day. He seems to sense my need for less activity!
We will plan on posting pics soon after the birth - the hospital has wi-fi so the blog is probably the best source of info!

Hey Rachel and Stephen and Andrew and Jack! I read your blog daily to make sure I don't miss a thing! Rach - you never told me for sure if you decided on Horlacher? (probably months ago made your decision and have transferred care long ago). I had no idea the hospital had Wifi. Crazy! Anyway, tell your OB to strip your membranes...or you could just walk about 3 miles around a mall... I hope he comes soon!
Stephen...I am highly disappointed in you...no pictures and he's already been in this world for 6.5 hours!!!! *sigh* I'm so impatient. Love you guys!
