Shopping is always an adventure! The kids (well ESP jack and Elsie) love it and can't wait to go. My first trip with all 4 was funny. It took over 3 hours between nursing, a bathroom trip for all after getting to the middle of the store, samples and eventually feeding lunch there it was taking so long! Now they go a bit smoother... Make sure everyone goes potty before leaving and Josie is fed, drive the parking lots in search of the kid cart, do samples last, etc. one of my favorite memories is jack stopping every customer to strike up a conversation. He normally does this most trips. Andrew would join in with him but jack would tell the people how old all of us are and ask what their ages were. And he would talk about the latest trip we had been on or where we were going. Usually the people were elderly and this one lady he asked " where is your daddy" ( referring to her husband). The lady said " he is gone", and jack said " but where did he go?". Somehow we were able to slip away. Most of the elderly people just brightened up with the boys conversation so I enjoy taking them during the late morning hours when the elderly are there and the store isn't crazy.
