Bath time together!

I have been looking very much forward to the first time the boys can take their baths together! They were pretty cute. Jack is pretty fearless of the water (or anything! I guess typical 2nd child) and Andrew enjoys trying to splash Jack:) Andrew loves playing with his bath letters. He knows his letters and numbers now with these and the way we write them. Sometimes he gets confused with letters and numbers with all the different font styles! He also flips numbers and letters - like 6's are 9's or M's are W's. He pretty consistenly flips them around which i am assuming is pretty normal at this age? Anyone know?

I did have to make a little note about the boys and eating. Jack is slowly eating a little more baby food but has been pretty hesitant up to this point. Maybe he will want to breastfeed longer than Andrew? Andrew on the other hand is a huge eater. Most people who know him know that he is a big eater and eats way too fast. At his last appointment the doctor asked if he was eating o.k. since he was dropping in weight percentile. I had to laugh. Here are some of Andrew's typical meal sizes:

-whole box of mac n cheese in one sitting
-1 ham and cheese sandwhich, 2 whole pears and a yoplait for lunch
-several bowls of dry cereal and 1 fruit for breakfast and 2-3 eggs. Or one time he ate 4 packets of oatmeal in one sitting!
-5-7 peices of pizza when we go to Cici's all you can eat pizza
-10+ pieces of whole asparagus (i had to stop there. He got a horrible diaper rash from it!)
-Plain kidney beans are a new favorite:)
-5-7 large pancakes

Those are a few i can think of now. Of course he occasionaly has a day or week where his appetite is less but this is a typical Andrew style meal! I am trying to picture our future food bill if this keeps up and Jack ends up being the same way!

What a fun bathtime!

Andrew's meal sizes sound similar to mine these days - LOL!

These are going to make GREAT pictures to embarrass them when they are teens. I can also see them being used at their graduation or wedding "growing up" video.

your boys are so cute in the tub.

I still exchange my p's, b's, d's, g's, q's... maybe I'm just careless!
