mom's narrative...

Well here are the ultrasound pics!! According to the ultrasound tech, the baby's head is rather large! The rest of the body measure out to be 25-26 weeks along but the head was 27-28 weeks along! According to the measurements, my EDD (estimated date of delivery) is December19th, although i guess we stick to the original December 24th date. The baby appears to be 2lbs in weight. I still feel great and have been able to continue to work at the hospital. I thought it would be fun to know who you thought the baby looked like from the ultrasound pictures?? Any guesses? I changed the settings so anyone can make comments/guesses on the blog. Just click "comments" and "anonymous" and type in your comment. When you are done click publish. We love comments:))

Cool Rachel and Stephen!
It was fun to see the pictures and read the comments on the blog!!! I think it's a boy. That's my guess! I bet you'll have him on December 22, 2006.
we love you guys!
Love,
Geneva (and Jason, but the prediction of delivery day is Geneva's :-))

What a little sweetie pie! 2 pounds? And a squirmer already? I think you've got an fiesty, active little one on your hands...I love it! Normally I see 25 weekers in real life...not on ultrasound...but she looks VERY comfortable...not going to be seeing this outside world before December.

love to you both! krista

Ahhh...I am seriously speechless. Your baby looks beautiful and you guys will be the most amazing parents. When I read "mom's narrative" I thought it was Mrs. Robert's narrative about your Vermont visit. I guess I am forgetting that YOU are the mommy now!! :)
I'm so glad you're feeling good, Rachel. That is wonderful. You look GREAT and I wish I could see you in person! I love you!
