I realized i hadn't updated our out of town family and friends on some of our house projects. Here was February - a new color to one wall in the dining room, a new light (the old one we kept bumping our heads it hung so low!), fresh paint on the ceiling, touch ups here and there, and some art work on the wall. These are almost all pics that Stephen has taken. We bought the frames for $1 each and printed the pics up for a few dollars more. We loved the final look.
Here is our January project! Probably the one i am most excited about!!! A new stove, dishwasher and microwave!!! Our old stove was from the 70's so there were a few issues, the old dishwasher didn't work and the microwave sat on our limited counter space. I love the new appliances and i believe i save an hour every day by having a dishwasher!!! I don't think i could ever go back to not having one!

how fun, rachel! isn't such a treat to fix up one's own place? (not that we have our own place yet, but even still it's fun). God gives us such pleasure in the smallest things. can't wait to see what you've done these past couple months!
